Good News!!
I am not sure who all reads this anymore but I wanted to let you know that Jeremy and I are expecting!!! We have been very lucky with Abby and can't wait to see what God brings us with this new one. This baby is due late October and as you can tell by this slightly broken up post, we are still trying to wrap our hands around this idea!

What's up doc?
Abby went for her one year visit with Dr. Byrum and did wonderful. She is a walking machine and now would much rather walk then be carried. She has several teeth coming in on top (which makes for a grumpy little girl!) Abby prefers her daddy's truck to riding in my car...although I am not sure why! She has started repeating things already and if she is not getting enough attention she will clear her throat as if to say "ahum, I am right here!!" Abby is now getting up at 6:30 every morning, which is good for mommy but not for daddy. I will try to post a video of her walking this weekend. You can tell when she walks she is so proud of every step!

Silly Girl
We have now made the transition from infant car seat to "big girl" car seat and from bottle to sippy cup. Neither of these transitions have gone without opposition. Abby looks so little in her new car seat (I will get pictures this week) and as far as the sippy cup, even as an adult I have trouble getting milk or water out of some of these cups!! More than anything I think she likes the attention she is getting. As far as food, she loves "big girl" food and eating dinner with us and even what we are eating. She loves playing in the bathtub and still only has two teeth. She is so very close to walking but still finds it faster and easier to crawl. Abby wants to help load the dishwasher (or just crawl in) and will love on anyone that will talk to her. Last night at the grocery store she went to the manager at Kroger three times because she looked like a grandma. For the first time last night Abby really cried when I left her to go play Volley Ball. Real tears and everything. It broke my heart! Abby likes to sing if you will sing with her. She is growing up so fast!

Me and My Octopus
I just love going to Ms. Linda's house and playing on my octopus. Thanks Ms. Linda for loving me so much!
